If you were watching BBC One’s Inside Out London, on 30 January 2017, you may have seen Raftery + Lowe’s timelapse construction footage of Manhattan Loft Gardens – a skyscraper currently being built in Stratford.

With 400 new tower blocks in the pipeline BBC presenter, Mark Jordan, asked if London is becoming the new Dubai on Thames.

Raftery + Lowe are documenting the construction Manhattan Loft Gardens, a luxury residential skyscraper on the edge of the Olympic park, with a video timelapse. The tower designed by SOM for Manhattan Loft Corporation is currently being built by Bouygues and is half way through its 30 month construction period.
